We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsure about sizes or have any other questions regarding our products, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

If you've already received your package and changed your mind, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges for in stock, non clearance items within 30 days from the date you received your order.

Made to Order items are eligible to receive credit only, minus a 15% administrative fee, within 30 days from the date you received your order. Amendments and cancellations for Made to Order items will only be made if you contact by email within 1 business day of purchase.

Returns and exchanges will be issued under the following conditions:

Garment(s) must be in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached
Garment(s) must not contain:
any pet hair, dust, dirt
any type of stains such as makeup, food, deodorant
rips, runs, tears or damages
odors infused into the dress such as perfume, deodorant or foreign scent
Due to the WHITE color is the custom color, it not be allowed return or exchange. Before placing order, do please inquiry the customer service first for size or any item questions to insure the size you wear.

Take responsibility for your own mistakes. If the color or size is chosen incorrectly for personal reasons, we only accept the exchange not return.

We don't accept refund requests about gift (free BANDEAU is not fit). You could contact us to purchase the fit size of BANDEAU if you are not satisfied with the gift.

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges.

Please allow up to 3-5 weeks processing time for a refund to be issued.

NOTE: All Infinity Bras, SeemFree Intimates, Essentials ( Butterfly Bra Clips, Styling Tape, SoleSwap Foldable Flats) and items marked as Clearance and/or ending in .98 are Final Sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Gift receipt purchases cannot be refunded.

Please have the following information available when you contact us:

your name
your order number ( can be found on your confirmation email, shipment email & packing slip)
the item(s) you would like to return/exchange
the reason for the return/exchange

Unauthorized returns sent to Inc. will not be accepted or issued a refund/exchange.

NOTE: If you purchased items through an Authorized Retailer, you must request return/exchange through the same Retailer.

For those rare occasions when a customer receives damaged, defective or mis-shipped (incorrect) items, our Customer Care team is available to make things right. Please contact us within 3 days of shipment receipt and we'll take care of you!
